Returns Policy

Returns/Cancelling your order 

You have the right to cancel and return your order providing goods are unused within 14 days from your purchase by informing us by phone or email. If the goods have already been dispatched you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unopened and in the same condition.

You will be refunded once we have received the goods and checked they are in a saleable condition. 

If we haven’t dispatched your order it will be refunded in full.

Damaged/Faulty Goods 

We strive to ensure our goods reach you in perfect condition. 

If your order arrives damaged or broken please contact us and we will arrange a replacement upon proof of damage.

We advise sending any returns by recorded delivery and ensure they are packaged securely as we can only refund once we have receipt of the goods. We are unable to refund customers if the goods arrive damaged, broken or opened.
